Amb Woolsey previously served in the US Government on five different occasions, where he held Presidential appointments in two Republican and two Democratic administrations, most recently (1993-95) as Director of Central Intelligence. From July 2002 to March 2008 Amb Woolsey was a Vice President and officer of Booz Allen Hamilton, and then a Venture Partner with Vantage Point Venture Partners of San Bruno, California until January 2011. He was also previously a partner at the law firm of Shea & Gardner in Washington, DC, now Goodwin Procter, where he practiced for 22 years in the fields of civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Amb R. James Woolsey is currently a Venture Partner with Lux Capital Management. He has served in the past as a member of boards of directors of a number of publicly and privately held companies, generally in fields related to technology and security, including Martin Marietta; British Aerospace, Inc; Fairchild Industries; and Yurie Systems, Inc. In 2009, he was the Annenberg Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and in 2010-2011 he was a Senior Fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.

Mr. Carlson is author of ‘Spacepower Ascendant’, an ambitious spacepower theory book that re-visions space in the context of the current U.S./Chinese competition. He is on the editorial board for the Space Force Journal, has appeared on multiple shows discussing spacepower and is a regular contributor to several magazines and space symposiums.

Founder and Principal Designer at Indigo Aerospace Design, LLC, Mr. Molony is a Project Manager and Architectural Designer with over 30 years of Commercial Architectural Design and Construction experience. In leading roles, Mr. Molony and his teams have designed and built over $5 billion in construction over the span of his career. Mr Molony has been engaged in designing and implementing commercial construction projects for high-tech and semi-conductor manufacturing and industrial research, telecommunications, K-12 schools, higher education, healthcare, biotech research, museums, and corporate commercial. Mr. Molony’s experience in specifications, materials, means, methods, logistics, fabrication, manufacturing, project management, contract administration, oversight, innovation, and creativity, as well as his leadership experience, is an asset to any team in solving some of the greatest technological challenges we will face during our mission to develop revolutionary concepts to advance human space exploration, colonization, commercialization, and to support space tourism to the Moon and eventually Mars.

One of the nation’s leading space policy activists. Considered by space insiders to be one of most respected and hardest working space experts in the country, he has played a behind the scenes role in many breakthrough and innovative space policies. Previously he was Vice President at PoliSpace, an important Washington based consulting firm. While there, he often drafted and helped prepare Congressional testimony on behalf of dozens of space companies and organizations. Aaron has been working on space policy for almost 10 years, he is well known and trusted by Congressional space staffers and has run the gamut in terms of policy work. While he was the DC Representative for the National Space Society, he helped draft the Space Exploration, Development and Settlement Bill, which influenced other bills developed by the the U.S. Senate. He also served for many years both as a board member and as the Executive Director for the Space Frontier Foundation. Mr. Oesterle graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Science Technology and Society.

Dr. Rizzo, APF, is a visionary futurist and an enthusiastic innovator. A Ph.D. in String Theory and Astrophysics grown into a Defense leading expert in foresight, he is the NATO’s Member at Large (“world-class expert drawn from academia, industry or government from the Nations”) for Strategic Foresight and Futures Studies, and the former Advisor to the Italian Minister of Defense for Futures. Dr. Rizzo serves as Board member for policy strategy (in EU organizations surpassing $2B worth and scoring with honors on EU reviews) and for scientific research (leading the world’s largest community of 5000+ Defense scientists). He is also Adjunct Professor of Strategy at the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” Gabriele advises Governments and Defenses on long-term strategies, foresight, game-changing technologies, and innovation convergence — the U.S., UK, Italy, Switzerland, NATO, the United Nations, European Defense Agency, and other allied Governments and Fortune Global500 companies all number him among their ranks. He has been leading deep futures vision in the 2060 timeframe of the U.S. Space Force, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratories, the Italian Prime Minister’s Grand Strategy 2040, and several other senior major engagements on strategic foresight and futures. The works he was an editor for, or that he has authored, inform $1T (one trillion USD) worth of Defense planning. Some were evaluated “important pillars of strategy and implementation of R&I” by the EU. Others shape industrial investments in Research, Development, and Innovation for more than $20B in 2020. Dr. Rizzo routinely gives keynotes in the U.S. and Europe, and is passionate about complexity, singularity, and peace.

Dr. Ziarnick is an Assistant Professor of Spacepower at USAF Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, and is author of “Developing National Power in Space.” He has academic expertise in astronautical engineering, economic development, and military strategy. He served 18-years as a space operations officer in the USAF Reserve. Dr. Ziarnick’s professional interests are in space economics, strategy, and spacepower theory.
